Felm Fellowship is a global partnership community that brings churches and organizations together for shared learning, exchange and participation – beyond traditional project concept.
Global Partnership Community
Felm Fellowship is a global community and collaboration platform for partner churches and organizations of the Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission (Felm).
Fellowship brings together partners from different regions and countries to share experiences, build relationships and strengthen partnerships. It creates opportunities to learn from one another through joint activities, such as workshops, discussions, and events on topics of common interest.
The Fellowship is not a project or a funding mechanism. It is a partner-based communion approach that continues beyond project cooperation.

The key objectives of the Fellowship are:

- Maintain and deepen long-term relationships between partners beyond project cycles
- Foster equal, participatory and trust-based collaboration

The Role of Partners
Partners are at the heart of the Fellowship.
They:
- actively participate in joint activities
- contribute their perspectives, lessons learned and expertise
- suggest themes, topics and forms of collaboration
The Fellowship is not a one-way programme: partners are equal co-creators, not just participants
In practice:
- Partners co-design and co-create activities
- Cooperation continues even without project funding
Forms of Collaboration
Examples of Fellowship activities include:
- online seminars and trainings
- regional and global workshops
- Global News Hour – discussions on current themes (e.g. theology, youth, AI, societal issues)
- peer learning networks
- dialogue and collaboration between churches and organizations
