Director of Impact for International Work
A senior leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, performance, funding growth, and overall impact of Felm’s international programmes. The Director oversees country portfolios, leads funding and partnership development, manages Country Directors, and ensures programme quality, sustainability, risk management, and organizational effectiveness across multiple countries. Country Director, Tanzania and Senegal
A country leadership role based in Arusha, Tanzania, responsible for managing Felm’s programmes, partnerships, staff, finances, and fundraising efforts in Tanzania and Senegal. The Country Director oversees country operations, ensures compliance and programme quality, strengthens donor relationships, and represents Felm externally while supporting the completion of activities in Senegal and the further development of work in Tanzania. Country Director, Thailand, Myanmar and Hong Kong
A senior leadership role based in Bangkok, responsible for overseeing Felm’s programmes, partnerships, country office, and multi-location team across Thailand, Myanmar, and Hong Kong. The Country Director leads operations, finances, fundraising, security, and risk management while strengthening donor-funded programmes and maintaining relationships with churches, partners, donors, and authorities.
