The Fellowship connects Felm’s partner churches and organisations across regions and countries. It provides opportunities to share experiences, build relationships and learn from one another.
The Fellowship is neither a project nor a funding mechanism. It is a community grounded in equal partnership and communion, designed to sustain relationships beyond individual projects. Participation does not depend on receiving funding from Felm.
What the Fellowship aims to achieve
The Fellowship is guided by dignity, justice, diversity, inclusion, participation, shared responsibility and a commitment to joint action. It aims to:
- Strengthen lasting partnerships by fostering equal, participatory and trust-based collaboration beyond individual project cycles.
- Promote shared learning by creating opportunities to exchange experiences, good practices and theological reflection across regions.
- Build a connected global community in which churches and civil society organisations develop relationships, deepen spiritual connections and take joint action.
How the Fellowship works
Partners are at the heart of the Fellowship. They are equal co-creators who contribute their perspectives, experience and expertise, propose topics and forms of collaboration, and help design and implement activities.
The Fellowship has a flexible structure that keeps bureaucracy to a minimum and focuses on dialogue, connection and joint action. Activities may include:
- online seminars and training
- regional and global workshops
- Global News Hour discussions on topics such as theology, youth, artificial intelligence and societal issues
- peer-learning networks
- dialogue and collaboration between churches and organisations
Join Felm Fellowship
All Felm’s current and former partners are warmly invited to join the Fellowship and contribute to the network. Partners from countries where Felm’s project-based cooperation has ended are especially welcome.
