Felm has experience in managing multi-year, multi-country institutional funding. Its programmes are implemented with local churches, civil society organisations, institutes, and faith-based organisations.

Why partner with Felm?
Felm manages institutional funding through regular programme reporting and partnership-based implementation with local actors. Its current Development Cooperation Programme for 2026–2029 is supported by a EUR 23 million grant from the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs and complemented by other funding sources.
Felm’s 2022–2025 development cooperation programme had a total budget of approximately EUR 28.3 million. Of this, EUR 24.5 million came from the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs and EUR 3.8 million from Felm’s own funding sources.
Project agreements, financial controls, reporting requirements, risk management processes, and annual audits provide the framework for Felm’s partnership-based approach.
