The Evangelical Lutheran Church in Thailand works across the country and reaches many families in vulnerable situations. Its financial resources are limited, however, and it faces challenges in leadership, administration and education.
With Felm’s support, the church trains employees, develops its diaconal work and promotes children’s rights and wellbeing. It is also improving its administrative systems and developing new sources of income.
Theological education and church leadership
Support for theological education improves the quality of training available to future church workers. Better-equipped leaders and employees help congregations respond to both the spiritual and practical needs of the people they serve.
Together, these efforts develop stronger congregations, support families and create more sustainable structures for the future of the church and its work.
