If you experience, witness or suspect misconduct connected with Felm’s work, please report it. Reporting suspected misconduct is mandatory for Felm staff.
We also encourage partners, people involved in or affected by our work and other stakeholders to report concerns. You do not need conclusive evidence to raise a concern in good faith.
What should be reported?
- misuse of funds or other resources
- corruption or abuse of power
- discrimination
- sexual exploitation, abuse or harassment (SEAH)
- other breaches of Felm’s Code of Conduct, policies or guidelines, and child safeguarding concerns
How to submit a report
Felm’s secure whistleblowing channel is available in five languages. You can report anonymously and continue communicating through the channel without revealing your identity.

How reports are handled
All reports are received and initially assessed by an independent external service provider. After the preliminary assessment, cases are forwarded to Felm’s Complaints Committee. The identity of the person making the report is protected throughout the process and disclosed only with their explicit consent.
All reports are taken seriously and handled fairly, confidentially and without undue delay. Felm does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
We aim to confirm receipt of a report within three days. Within three months, we will inform the person who submitted the report about the action taken or request further information if necessary.
Reports are handled in accordance with Felm’s policies, applicable legislation and the Core Humanitarian Standard. In cases involving abuse, our response follows a victim- and survivor-centred approach. Substantiated misconduct may result in disciplinary or legal action. Deliberately false or malicious reports may also lead to disciplinary action.
